Spellings For Me is the individualised spelling programme, introduced into our school in 2020. With 40 levels of spellings, the programme is based on ability, not age or class which reflects our school’s ethos of inclusivity.

Spellings for Me enables the children to master their own individualised list of high frequency words and succeed at their own pace. The children take online tests which generate spellings lists suited to their ability. No two children have the same spellings, as no two children are the same.

The children are encouraged to be creative in their homework, with a variety of spelling strategies and activities to help them learn their assigned words. They also have access to spelling games through their online profile too, making spelling more interactive and enjoyable.
