Crossfit Kids teaches the 10 Skills which form the basis for every sport: Endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Crossfit Kids uses a combination of skill practice, workouts & games to build strength and conditioning in children in a fun and supportive environment. Classes will include elements of gymnastics, weightlifting techniques (without the weights), body weight movements, running, jumping and skipping.

Each of the teachers delivering these classes are certified to teach Crossfit to children.

RIVERDANCE PROFESSIONAL COMMENCING IRISH DANCING CLASSES FRIDAY 10TH NOVEMBER
Orlagh Carty Academy
Orlagh has been touring with the renowned show RIVERDANCE for the last 5 years and is very excited to launch her own dancing school teaching in 5 different locations. These after school classes aim to provide a fun activity which will allow the children to develop a new skill, help with team building, being active whilst spreading our Irish culture. Term Fee = €42 ( 6 weeks classes ) FRIDAYS – School Hall Time: 3-4pm.
